Curiosity Unleashed!
What is the process?
1
1) Inquire - You can reach out via email, phone call, or through the website to ask any questions
2) Schedule a Consultation (If you’d like) - We will cat to see if our availability aligns and if we feel like a good match
3) Make a Decision & Schedule - If we are a good fit, I will send you intake paperwork and get you scheduled for a session
4) Let’s Work Together - From there, we will schedule on-going sessions to ensure you are receiving quality care
What can I expect for my first session?
2
During our first session, we will complete a biopsychosocial assessment to gather information and get a complete history. Basically, this just means I will ask A LOT of questions - This helps me better understand the needs of the client, provides better insight, and helps us establish goals for therapy.
How much does it cost?
3
This entirely depends on if you are using insurance or are private pay. If you are using insurance, you may have a co-pay.
Typically, I can provide you with an estimate, but I would suggest contacting your insurance provider to confirm session costs.
If I have a scheduled appointment, how can I cancel? And will I get charged a no-show fee?
4
You can call, text, or email me to cancel! Please do not cancel your session via the website or scheduling link. Although I may not respond right away, I will see that you’ve reached out and are no longer able to attend the session.
While you’re completing your intake paperwork, you signed a form stating that you agree for your card to be charged if you cancel your session without a 24 hour notice or if you do not attend your scheduled session.
I do ask that you cancel your session with at least a 24 hours notice; However, we’re human and things happen. I am fairly flexible and understanding - Meaning, if there is an emergency or if we are able to reschedule, typically I will not charge a no-show fee.
